About this resource
Young adults ages 18 to 21 may enroll in Extension of Foster Care Services. These services give you the ability to prepare for your future by receiving additional educational resources, employment opportunities, and consistent and safe housing. For a young person to inquire about re-establishing extension of foster (EFC) care or have any other questions please call the toll-free number: 844-887-7277
Eligibility
- Ages 18-21
- Completing high school or an equivalent program
- Be enrolled in college, community college or a vocational program
- If you are unable to meet one of the above requirements due to a medical condition, you may also be eligible for services and supports
