Youth Services Project Coordinator

Pronouns: She, Her, Hers

Nayeli Sanchez lives in the lovely and super historical Williamsburg, Virginia. She was born in Mexico and grew up in west Michigan, where she graduated from Western Michigan University (Go Broncos!) with a Bachelors in Global and International Studies.

In her early career, she was heavily involved in citizen diplomacy locally and nationally through the International Visitor Leadership Program. Following her passion for systemic work, she got involved in policy based advocacy for Latinos in workforce development and then communications development for financial literacy programming for underserved communities. In her last position, she recruited teen parents for a scholarship program.

Nayeli is so excited about working at FosterClub because she understands first hand just how important it is for people to self advocate through their experiences to create systemic change. She is so proud to be a part of the process for education, leadership, and access to resources for everyone interested in positive growth.
