Schomburg, Associate Commissioner of the Children’s Bureau.  The letter shares information and encourages continued efforts to connect with and support the young people who have recently transitioned out of foster care, as provisions of the Supporting Foster Youth and Families through the Pandemic Act (Division X of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021) expired on September 30, 2021.
