Tracye entered the Iowa foster care system at the age of 12. He's made his way through 8 different placements, including foster homes, shelters and even residential facilities. He graduated from high school a year early at the age of 17 and then attended college shortly after. Tracye recently completed a year-long AmeriCorps program called City Year that took him to Washington, DC. Tracye enjoys volunteering, listening to music and watching the best TV show ever (Glee).
Tracye is writer, poet, and actor and a foster kid.
