Sabrina spent 5 years in New York's foster care system.

At age sixteen, Sabrina dealt with difficult circumstances that succumbed to kinship and foster care for five years in upstate New York. After kinship care that lasted six months, she entered 3 placements in 3 towns. Sabrina was able to overcome the odds of transition and graduate high school. She was very adamant in going to college and she was able to make that happen. Sabrina went to St. Lawrence University through Higher Education Oppertunity Program (HEOP) for 2 years and transferred to SUNY Potsdam through the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) to become a Community Health major then switched her major to History.
Sabrina is currently getting ready to be in her last semester at the State University of New York at Potsdam. Sabrina plans to attend SUNY Albany for her Master's in Social Work for Clinical Social Work in counseling to work with disadvantaged youth. In Sabrina's spare time, she likes to research genealogy, hike, make cartoon character voice impersonations, and watch Sailor Moon.

SABRINA IS A HISTORY BUFF, TRAIL HIKER, CLASS TAKER, AND CARTOON VOICE MAKING FOSTER YOUTH.
