Kara experienced two foster care placements.
Garden City helps the community by going to elder homes selling them organic, low-cost vegetables. Kara worked and volunteered at Garden City harvest during the summer of 2018. She also volunteered at a food bank and at festivals during the summer.
Kara attends digital Academy, an online schooling program where she can graduate with her class
Kara enjoys the outdoors, video games, reading at night, and just enjoying her experience and giving thanks. She also inspires to one day become a rigger where she can travel with bands.
