Destiny Sweeney has been in the foster care system in both New Mexico and Tennessee since the age of six.

Destiny then aged out and became apart of the extension program. Destiny is close to graduating from college and is managing a Sprint store. She has been involved in the Tennessee Commission on Children and Youth (TCCY), concentrating on children under 21 as well as advocates for other clubs.

Destiny dedicates her time to helping children through the state foster care system and is in the process of starting a non-profit that will help all foster children. For the future, Destiny plans on finishing school at University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a personal goal to become a District Attorney.
