During Costner Cude time in foster care, Costner was located to three different foster care placements. While in College, Costner made the Dean’s List on 3 different occasions, graduating with two different degrees in Graphic Design Printing Technology and Fine Art Studio Practices. He not only has experience in his field, he runs his own freelance company. Costner is currently involved in the Idaho Foster Youth Advisory Board, LGBTQSA, Statewide Foster Youth Review, and the Buddhist Society. In the future, Costner wants to build a multifunctional technologically advanced designed and crafted transition home for foster youth between the age of 16-20.
