Andrew Rowr was in the foster care system in Arkansas. Andrew graduated high school and now studies welding, yet has made the commitment to attend every YAB meeting, conference, and activity that has been offered to him. He is now certified in three types of welding and plans to finish school at Arkansas Tech University-Ozark and then start his welding career.
