He entered foster care at the age of 11 with his two older siblings. Andrew is a recent graduate from high school. Though he has lived with the same family for five years, he has still experienced four placements in his seven years in care. Since the sixth grade, he has attended five different schools. Andrew is a proud Eagle Scout and is a member of an honor society for the Boy Scouts known as the “Order of the Arrow”.
